Medical Training Review Panel: Tenth Report
The tenth annual report of the Medical Training Review Panel (MTRP).
The report describes the activities of the Panel and provides valuable data on medical training opportunities in Australia, including the number of prevocational training positions in 2006, the number of vocational medical training places available in 2006, the number of first year placements likely to be available in 2007, the number of new college fellows in 2005, and the results of college examinations held in 2005. For the first time, this year's annual report also contains data on the numbers of medical students undertaking university studies and the number of applications received for positions in advanced training courses.
